What are the eligibility requirements?
Multi storey apartments are not eligible and this device works only with a smart meter
Do I need to prepare anything before installer arrives?
All you need to prepare is to have a copy of your recent electricity bill to check the tariff and a smartphone to download the energy monitor app.
What’s the data transmission range?
The transmission range is 80 meters (outdoor) and 25 Meters (Indoor).
Is this device waterproof?
Yes, It is
How long does the installation take?
The installation takes about 10 to 15 minutes.
Does the installer need to enter my house?
No, installer only needs access to your smart meter board, assuring a contact free installation.
